About our vouchers
We offer two types of gift vouchers: Vouchers for something specific (like a massage, spa day or package), or monetary value vouchers (so the lucky recipient can choose how they’d like to spend it).
Gift vouchers can be bought online (see above), over the phone (call us on 0117 970 6616) with a debit/credit card, or in person at our reception.
Please note:
- Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers purchased online are not e-vouchers, so you will have to allow time for posting.
- Vouchers purchased online or over the phone before 5pm will be posted to you (or directly to the recipient) first class the same day.
- Our gift vouchers are non-extendable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable.
- If you prefer we can send your gift direct to the recipient, please include a message to them in the Special Instructions box on the checkout page so that they know who the gift is from and who to thank!
- If you would like a Christmas envelope please indicate in the Special Instructions box.
- If you want to send vouchers to two different addresses you will need to place two separate orders.
