Holistic treatments are available to both men and women 7 days a week.
Dress Code
- SR – Swimwear is required for all mixed sessions, including couples Sunday.
- SO – Swimwear is optional on women only days.
Opening times
- For treatment bookings, we are open 7 days a week from 10am-9pm Sunday to Friday, and from 9am-10pm on Saturday.
- For use of our Spa facilities, we are open from 11am-9pm Tuesday to Friday, 9am-10pm on Saturday, 10am-9pm on Sunday, closed on Monday.
When are we open?
- We are open all year round, closing on Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.
- On Mondays, our spa facilities are closed, but we are open for treatments and classes.
