Do I need to book in advance?
We always recommend that you book your treatment in advance. This will ensure that your desired treatment and time slot is available, and we can match you up with the perfect practitioner. However, for those of you who are organisationally challenged, or just decide that you would like to come along on a whim, it is always worth giving us a call. We have 6 beautiful treatment rooms running simultaneously, and lots of practitioners on duty each day, so we can often offer you a session at short notice.
If you have any specific requests, such as deep tissue massage, or have any injuries, medical conditions or are pregnant, please let us know when you book and we’ll arrange a suitable practitioner for you.

Our treatment rooms
All treatments take place in our spacious, beautiful, sun drenched treatment rooms on the upper floors of our splendid Victorian house. Whether you book a treatment as part of a restorative day spent enjoying the spa, or as a special experience in it’s own right, you’ll leave us feeling like a new person.
Pregnancy Treatments
With the exception of hot stone massage, all of our treatments are suitable for pregnant women. We have many practitioners who are trained and experienced in treating throughout pregnancy, both in the first trimester and thereafter. As well as providing deep relaxation, treatments can help provide relief from some of the common pregnancy related problems, including back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome and morning sickness. Please just mention how many weeks through your pregnancy you are when you make your booking, and we can allocate you a suitable practitioner.
New to holistic treatments?
If you haven’t had a holistic treatment before, we’re glad you found us! You’ll be in safe hands with our therapists, who have years of collective experience and always strive to make you feel at ease. Give us a call, and our friendly and knowledgable staff will talk you through the options. Nothing is too much to ask, and there are no silly questions. We’re here to help you discover the fantastic world of holistic treatments, and to give you all the advice you need.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your treatment booking, please inform us before 5pm the day before your visit. Any sessions cancelled or changed after that time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
