Meet Tamsin Marshall
“Reflexology is an excellent way of healing and revitalising both body and mind.”
I am committed to providing a professional and friendly approach to holistic health and wellbeing through Reflexology. Complementary therapies have always been a part of my life, and on a personal level have assisted in improving my own health and wellbeing, and that of my family. I have a huge enthusiasm and passion for Reflexology and I aim to help clients manage and reduce their symptoms, taking into account emotional, physical and mental wellbeing, in a caring and relaxing environment.
I trained as a Reflexologist with the International Institute of Reflexologists in the UK. I have also received extensive training in the field for maternity reflexology and continue to work with a number of pregnant and post-natal women. I currently volunteer my Reflexology skills at St Monica’s Trust in Bristol (care and support services for older and disabled people), as well as working with other therapists to encourage Reflexology in the Bristol community.
At the start of a treatment I will take a brief case history, following which you will be asked to recline on the couch. Pressure will be applied to the feet and ankles, as well as relaxing movements to release tension in the feet and body. Reflexology can assists in the prevention and treatment of illness, and is an excellent way of healing and revitalising both body and mind.
